TouchTime is CMI’s ruggedized, Windows-based touch-screen workforce management kiosk, designed to provide companies an advanced workforce management terminal, with an emphasis on the delivery of the most sophisticated employee self service data possible. Companies competing in many industries, including manufacturing, retail, transportation, distribution, entertainment and hospitality, among others, employ tens, hundreds or thousands of employees; yet because of the nature of their work, do not provide every employee with a personal computer. At the same time, they need to provide employees a wealth of data, including work schedules, salary accruals, FMLA leave status, vacation updates, etc. TouchTime provides full employee self-service capabilities.

Further, employees can use the TouchTime kiosk as an input device to submit the results of their shifts, vacation and leave requests, and benefits modifications; thereby automating business processes and minimizing the taxing manual entry of data on human resource and operations departments.
